I started my half-marathon training program this week and my knee is all messed up. I hope this isn’t going to take me out of the run. So today I have to rest and it has been really tough, I never thought it would happen but I got running into my routine. 

I hope my body is ready for this training. So far, not so good.

Making it a habit! Working on myself. 

Not only will it improve this body, but it should also make me feel better physically and emotionally.

Gotta stick to it.

I have never been a good sleeper, even as a baby, but recently it has gotten terrible. I always wake up a multiple times throughout the night. This morning I woke up at 5:15 for no reason, and I couldn’t fall back asleep for at least an hour. I got much less sleep than the length of my shift at work today. 

My sleep, my anxiety, my acne and my stress have all gone to shit. I need to figure out how to get better.
