Finals are over. All the work is done! Just a networking breakfast in the morning tomorrow and the celebration can begin.
I’m not sure when it will hit me that I am about to be done with college, but it hasn’t yet. Maybe because its been a whirlwind couple of days. I’ve just been learning and living, for real. Everything can be a learning experience, right?
Well I hope you didn’t want to eat at this table for the next 24 or so hours…. It’s finals week!
Just these two days and then break begins. Thank the lord! I need it!
Between thursday & monday I worked 43 hours and I am beyond tired. I slept ten hours last night, but I could totally go for at least ten more.
Today I am at school all day, getting everything done.
Tomorrow night I am going to my cousin’s house to celebrate the end of one of my worst semesters. I really hope my grades don’t reflect how shitty this semester has been.
I’m ready for the holidays and 2013, I want a fresh start.
Babe is in the bed room snoring and I am in here doing a fucking geology final. Damn I am jealous of that boy and that bed.
Then breathe, sleep and relax for a minute. Also, I’M HUNGRY.
So, I need to make a positives list to keep everything in perspective:
Last final this afternoon, then packing, dinner and gelato with my sister and tomorrow (really early tomorrow) I will be on my way to see my honey. My junior year will be over.
I am so fortunate to start summer with my amazing man.
Also, I’m leaving to study abroad very soon! Its only a month away!
This is my last week of classes. Today, tomorrow and Wednesday. This has been a tough semester, as if any are easy, I am going to really happy Wednesday. Thank goodness my head is back on straight for this week. After this week my next set of classes will be abroad. That hasn’t set in yet, but it’s going to be happening pretty soon.
Also, its a homework day, which means lots of movies playing in the background. Today that means, musicals after musicals. This time next week I will be out of school for a few weeks, at least out of school until I go abroad.
Which means homework, projects and studying. Just next week and I am only a year from graduating.
I’m getting there!
Total Nerd Alert. Big project due tomorrow, I don’t give much shits about anything else right now. Obviously, no shits are given about my appearance, but that really can’t be blamed on finals. :)
Last week before finals. Lots and lots to do. Projects and projects. The end is in sight. Two more weeks then I have four weeks to get everything together before I go abroad. Time is speeding up.
Thank the lord. This has not been a good semester. Hopefully, it wasn’t as bad as I though it was. Crossing my fingers from now until the grades are posted. Whatever, it is over. Spring semester can be better.
